Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This policy explains what information DeepCourt collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the product.
We collect the information needed to run the service, including account details such as email address, username, and authentication provider identifiers.
If you subscribe, billing and subscription metadata is processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on DeepCourt servers.
We also collect operational information such as request logs, device or browser metadata, local preference data, and support correspondence. When you use the contact form, we process the email address, topic and message you submit. Support correspondence can also be sent to support@deepcourt.ai.
We use personal information to authenticate accounts, deliver subscriptions, process payments, secure the service, investigate abuse, and respond to support requests.
We also use aggregated operational data to monitor performance, diagnose defects, and improve the product.
DeepCourt relies on third-party providers to operate the product, including Supabase for application data and authentication, Stripe for billing, and infrastructure providers that host and deliver the site. When the contact form is enabled, Resend processes support messages for email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser signals to help prevent spam.
When Google sign-in is enabled, Google also processes authentication data as part of the login flow.
We use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain sessions, remember basic interface preferences such as theme, and keep the product functioning correctly.
We retain account, billing, and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to run the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the product stage and risk profile.
You can request account help, billing support, or privacy-related assistance by emailing support@deepcourt.ai. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
Questions about this policy can be sent to support@deepcourt.ai.
